Solar Horizon

Expansion into new markets

The internationalisation project “Solar Horizon – Expansion into new markets”, promoted by Energetica S.r.l., is aimed at developing the company’s presence in foreign markets, with particular reference to the non-EU markets of Switzerland and the United Kingdom, which are characterised by strong growth in the photovoltaic sector.

The initiative stems from the desire to promote internationally the innovative product Isidoro® System, a solution designed to protect photovoltaic panels from bird infestations, improving their efficiency, safety and durability. Following the positive results achieved on the domestic market, the project aims to increase the share of export turnover, currently marginal, up to 10% by 2025 and 30% by 2027, through a structured process of commercial expansion.

The plan is based on activating specialist consultancy services for the analysis of target markets, commercial development and digital promotion, as well as on organising B2B meetings with international partners and buyers, key tools for facilitating entry into the new markets.

The project involves a total investment of € 69,550.00, against which Energetica S.r.l. has obtained a grant of € 40,000.00, co-financing the remaining share with its own resources.

The project is carried out with the financial support of the European Union under the Emilia-Romagna ERDF Regional Programme 2021-2027, Action 1.3.2, aimed at incentivising the internationalisation processes of SMEs and strengthening their competitiveness in international markets.
